18 फरवरी तक चलेगा सूरजकुंड मेला

News24yard : surajkund mela 2024 हर वर्ष की भांति वर्ष 2024 में भी फरीदाबाद में सूरजकुंड मेले का आयोजन किया गया है। राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने सूरजकुंड मेले का उद्घाटन किया है। उन्होंने दीप प्रज्वलित कर इस मेले का शुभारंभ किया। यह मेला 18 फरवरी तक चलेगा। मेले में आने वाले लोगशिल्प कलाओं का लुत्फ उठा सकेंगे।  हर साल की तरह इस साल भी मेले को सजाने के लिए उसकी एक अलग थीम रखी गई है। इस बार पूर्वोत्तर के आठ राज्यों असम, अरुणाचल प्रदेश, नागालैंड, सिक्किम, मणिपुर, मेघालय, मिजोरम और त्रिपुरा को थीम स्टेट बनाया गया है। यहां की संस्कृति से लेकर खानपान तक का आनंद सूरजकुंड आकर लिया जा सकता है। हर साल की तरह इस साल भी फरीदाबाद के सूरजकुंड में 37वां अंतरराष्ट्रीय हस्तशिल्प मेला आज से आयोजित किया जा रहा है। यह मेला 2 फरवरी से शुरु होकर 18 फरवरी तक चलेगा। यह मेला रोज सुबह 10ः30 बजे शुरू होकर रात 8ः30 बजे तक चलेगा। इस साल लगने वाले मेले की खासियत यह है कि इस बार 20 देश व भारत के कुछ राज्य हिस्सा ले रहे हैं।

सूरजकुंड झील का खास इतिहास

शांत अरावली के साथ इस मानव निर्मित जलाशय में एक अर्ध-गोलाकार तटबंध है, जहां आप बैठकर पिकनिक मनाते हुए सुंदर दृश्यों का आनंद ले सकते हैं. यह विश्व प्रसिद्ध सूरजकुंड अंतर्राष्ट्रीय शिल्प मेला का स्थान भी है, जो फरवरी महीने की शुरुआत में आयोजित किया जाता है.सूर्यकुंड के चारों ओर एक सूर्य मंदिर के भग्नावशेष हैं.
